Board of directors.
KALMA Foundation, Inc. is governed by a volunteer board of directors that sets strategy, approves the annual budget, and holds leadership accountable. No board member is compensated for board service.
Additional director appointments are underway and will be listed here as the board is seated. Interested in serving? We're actively recruiting directors with backgrounds in finance, law, housing, survivor advocacy, and community development.

Financial accountability
