When to expect a reply
KALMA's founder reads every inquiry personally, usually within one to two business days, Monday to Saturday. There is no after-hours or weekend response.
What navigation support means
We help you find and connect with qualified local providers: domestic violence services, housing information, benefits, food, transportation, and other community resources in the Greater Prince William area.
What we do not provide
KALMA does not operate a shelter, provide emergency housing, offer counseling or legal representation, or respond to crises. Navigation support is referrals and information, not case management.
