KALMA Foundation is developing this pathway for adult survivors of domestic violence in Prince William County, Manassas, Manassas Park, and Dumfries. Each area below shows what is available today and what is still in development.
KALMA does not provide emergency shelter, hotel vouchers, rental assistance, legal representation, medical treatment, clinical counseling, guaranteed housing placement, or guaranteed employment. Services will be added only when the organization has the funding, staffing, training, partnerships, insurance, policies, and board approval required.

Connecting people to 24-hour crisis lines, local domestic violence services, and Coordinated Entry.
KALMA does not operate a shelter or a crisis line. What KALMA does today is make sure people reach the organizations that can respond: 911, the Virginia statewide hotline, ACTS Turning Points, and Prince William County Coordinated Entry. We also share practical safe-browsing guidance.
